Does RTX work with GeForce Experience? ›

GeForce Experience adds support for GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptops - from ShadowPlay & Optimal Game Settings, to Max-Q technologies like DLSS 3, Whisper Mode, and Battery Boost 2.0.

Chat with RTX is a fun concept, and a good way for Nvidia to show what's inference locally on its GeForce cards can do, but I'm not sure I'm going to keep it around on my PC. For one, it's absolutely massive due to the huge model data, but more so because the actual practical uses are pretty limited for me, personally.

Deployment: Chat with RTX runs locally on your computer, while ChatGPT runs on a server [1]. Hardware Requirements: Chat with RTX requires an NVIDIA GPU (RTX 30 or 40 Series GPU or RTX Ampere or Ada Generation GPU with at least 8GB of VRAM), while ChatGPT has no GPU requirements [1].

It would be better. It keeps your drivers up to date, optimizes your graphics card for better performance, and it gives you the easiest way to share your game moments. Only use it if you have Nvidia graphics cards.

Geforce Experience has a built-in optimization function for your games, but that can be hit and miss at times. There are times I let it choose the optimal settings for my games and I got a reduction of about 5 fps, but there are times where it increased by 10 fps. Sometimes no change occurs at all.

Does running games through GeForce Experience improve performance? ›

Despite being a third-party tool, it doesn't add much overhead to your game, so it won't significantly affect performance.
